Description
Protects life and property of all persons on Ozark Health’s premises and patrols facility buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft and vandalism. Secures, unlocks and protects facility buildings. Responds to security needs of personnel, patients and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proven background as a security officer, military, or law enforcement professional.
- Successfully pass comprehensive State and Federal background checks.
- Hold a valid Arkansas driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Demonstrate proficiency in firearm management and successfully complete specialized training mandated by Ozark Health.
- Obtain and maintain a Commissioned Security Officer License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for de-escalation to communicate with patients, staff, visitors and administration.
- Ability to sit on occasion, walk the entire facility, perform bending and lifting tasks up to 100 lbs.
