Description

Part-Time (open to PRN)

Job Summary: Skilled, empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver quality care.

Expectations:

  • Provide High Quality Care for our patients.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to cultivate patient satisfaction.
  • Be a Positive, Productive Member of the Rehab Team and Ozark Health to be fiscally.

Setting: Critical Access Hospital & Long-term Care Facility.

Hours/Days:

  • Hours: Generally: 8:00-5:00
  • Days: Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement patient-centered occupational therapy treatments.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain precise documentation to support quality care.
  • Contribute to ongoing departmental performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Current Arkansas OT/COTA license required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.
