Job Summary: Ozark Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor for a non-floor position in our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role focuses on resident care coordination and team supervision, not direct bedside care. The RN Supervisor plays a key part in addressing the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents, supporting their overall well-being and development. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and oversee personalized care plans, ensuring high-quality, holistic care is delivered consistently.
